Our Work Process
Before any work is done, a 50% non refundable down-payment is made. This is only to ensure that you aren't just wasting my time or trying to steal my work. We'll discuss the work you want done and we'll give you an estimate as to how long it will take and ask you for the things we need to complete it. This may be fonts, pre-existing logos, color pallets, etc. The typical turn around for a design is 2 - 4 days, excluding holidays. If you need any changes to the design that aren't major, like changing a font or font size, we can do those for free. However, if a major design change is needed, we can do up to 2 revisions for free. After that each revision is 25% of the total cost for that particular design. We'll send you a watermarked version of the image for approval. If the design is to your standards we'll send you the full quality, un-watermarked image AFTER the rest of the payment is completed.
